confirmed threat and hands you clear steps to neutralize it. A deep, full-scale incident response is a
separate engagement at this tier, or it comes included when you step up to MDR Complete with no hourly

Works With Your Stack
Keep what you already run. Essentials supports every Sophos product plus 350+
third-party integrations across firewall, cloud, email, identity, and network. Microsoft 365 audit logs
and the Graph Security API are supported at no extra cost. Integration pack licenses apply to non-Sophos

Requirements and Retention
Light to deploy. Managed endpoints run Sophos XDR or the lightweight XDR Sensor agent.
Standard security data storage is 90 days, with an optional one year extended retention license when
compliance calls for a longer window.
